5. Cookies, Browser Storage and Analytics
Buyer Tools saves your shortlist, checklist selections, and cost estimates in local storage on the browser you use. These entries are not synced to your DirectOwner account or sent to DirectOwner by the planning tool. Other people using the same browser can see them. You can clear these entries using the Buyer Tools clear-data button or your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing browser data may also remove your plan. If you choose to email prepared questions, your email provider and the recipient receive that message.
DirectOwner may use cookies, analytics tools, or similar technologies to understand website performance, remember preferences, improve usability, and understand site traffic. Third-party services may collect information under their own privacy practices.
